ABOUT KRENDO

Kirill Klinberg is a finance professional and investment banker

Founder and Managing Director of KRENDO Investment L. L. C (S. O. C.), he guides the firm’s long-term investment strategy across Europe and beyond, supported by extensive international experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and asset management.

Before establishing KRENDO, Kirill spent over a decade with leading global investment banks including Bank of America and J. P. Morgan, working across London, Dubai, and other international financial centers.

As a Vice President in Capital Markets for the GCC region, he advised on and executed several landmark public offerings and financing transactions — including Aramco, Spinneys, Dubai Taxi, OQGN, Empower, and Salik — with aggregate deal values exceeding USD 12 billion.

Earlier in his career at J. P. Morgan, Kirill covered Capital Markets and M&A transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, contributing to high-profile listings such as Helios Towers. His early experience included structuring derivative products and developing risk-management solutions for institutional clients.

Kirill holds an MSc from London Business School and a BSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.
